You can play with a temporary, anonymous account (no email or password required) or sign in with Apple or Google to sync progress and use social features. We show ads using Google AdMob. For launch, ads are non-personalized (no tracking prompt). We collect minimal data needed to run the game, improve stability, and prevent abuse. We don’t sell your data.

The summary above is for convenience only. The binding terms are below.

Terms of Service

1) Who we are

Owner & Publisher: Chris Szeto (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Using DieDoku

By installing or using DieDoku (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3) In-App Content & Features

Game content, visual assets (including DieCat characters), names, and trademarks are owned by us and/or our licensors. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission.

4) Friends, Follows & Invites

The App may provide optional social features such as following friends, using friend codes, or inviting friends via links or codes. Your display name and limited gameplay stats (e.g., times, solved counts) may be visible to people you follow or who follow you, as designed in the App. You can unfollow other players or regenerate your friend code at any time. The App does not include chat, text, voice, or video communication between users. You should only share your friend code or invite link with people you trust. These features are optional and do not require you to reveal your email address publicly.

5) Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. For launch, ads are configured as non-personalized. We may later offer rewarded ads and/or an optional setting for personalized ads (see Privacy Policy).

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted to this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
